Mission & Values
Bridging the digital divide through AI literacy and digital skills.
Tech Your Way equips youth ages 8-17 with AI literacy, digital skills, and hands-on learning experiences that help them explore, create, and build confidence with technology.
Through discovery sessions, build labs, courses, and certificate-connected pathways, our experiences create early entry points into a larger workforce development pipeline.

Why we exist
Technology access is not enough. Students need the skills and confidence to create with it.
Young people are growing up in a world shaped by AI, automation, and digital systems. The gap is not just who has a device. It is who gets taught how technology works, how to question it, how to use it safely, and how to build with it.
Tech Your Way helps bridge that gap by giving youth early, hands-on access to AI literacy, digital skills, responsible technology habits, and career-connected learning.

We start early so students can see where their skills can lead.
Our programs are designed as a career-connected learning pipeline. Students begin with exposure and confidence, then move into skill-building, project creation, and age-appropriate pathways tied to credentials, careers, and opportunity.
Step 1
Exposure
Students discover how AI and technology show up in real life.
Step 2
Skill Building
Students practice coding, prompting, digital safety, and problem solving.
Step 3
Creation
Students build projects that turn ideas into something they can show.
Step 4
Pathways
Older learners connect skills to credentials, careers, and next steps.

Our programs begin with curiosity, then help students build digital confidence through AI literacy, responsible use, coding, project-based learning, and career-connected exposure.
